We work mostly with technical manuals, handbooks, instructions, contracts, promotional material, annual reports, standards, business correspondence, statements from criminal records, financial statements and a number of other documents.

All of our translators, of whom there are currently approximately 1,300, undergo a demanding selection procedure. Their specialized knowledge is one of the fundamental criteria when ascertaining their competence, so we are therefore able to maintain a fair price even in the case of the text being highly specialized.

We secure court certified translations

We translate and court-certify documents determined for offices and authorities around the world. The translations are carried out by court certified interpreters, who add an interpreter’s clause (with a “round seal”) to the resulting text.

We use native speakers for proofreading

Native speakers and specialists in the given topic provide basic, specialist, stylistic and pre-print proofreading for us. These above-standard services significantly increase the quality of translations.

We graphically adapt documents according to your wishes

We work with programs by Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access etc.), Lotus (AmiPro, WordPro), Adobe (InDesign, PageMaker, FrameMaker etc.), Quark (QuarkXPress) and Corel, but also with plain text documents (TXT) and various web formats (e.g. HTML, XML, PHP and ASP).

We use CAT software

We translate using professional software for supporting translations: Trados, Transit, SDLX, Word Fast and Deja Vu.

We are able to translate large projects within a very short period of time. For these purposes we create project teams that manage work even within seemingly impossible deadlines.
