1. 11. 2008   We proudly announce that, during the past 18 years, not once have we had to apply the damage liability insurance. Currently, we have coverage up to 6 million CZK for damages caused to health, causing death, harm, damaging or missing things and up to 4 million CZK for other cases, e.g. for caused financial damages.

14. 10. 2008   On September 30th, we celebrated the saint day of the patron of all translators, St. Jerome. On this occasion, Ing. Zbynek Zelenka, the founder of our agency, was invited to the Czech Radio Brno. You can listen to the recording of the live broadcasted interview here. (CZ)


6. 10. 2008   Our agency uses the translation software Across, which is used by many important corporations, such as e.g. Volkswagen and Hypovereinsbank. This software has become more and more popular and belongs to other CAT software used by our company. Currently, we can offer to our customers translations using SDL TRADOS and STAR TRANSIT software.

From this day, you can view our website in the Slovak language. Also the portal for customers through which can you enter your requests and orders for translations, interpreting and language courses is fully functioning in the Slovak language. 

19. 9. 2008   Our DTP studio currently works not only with Windows applications, but also with MAC OS. You translations can thus be adjusted graphically in the same appearance and file format as the original. Currently, our graphic designers handle the work in the following programs: MS Office, FrameMaker, PageMaker, InDesign, QuarkXpress and many others. Performing the translation without the unnecessary conversion to other formats can save both, your time and money.


26. 8. 2008   We are opening a branch in Munich! From September 1st, our customers will be able to visit our new office at Bavariafilmplatz 3, München - Grünwald. The branch manager is Mr. Krisztian Szinapisz. We are convinced that each personal contact with clients is a step toward further improvement of services.


15. 8. 2008   Take the opportunity to enrol in a language course! Individual and company language courses are starting from September again. You can book your language course according to your wishes in the Prague and the Zlin regions. We teach all languages – from English to Chinese. More information at kurzy@zelenka.cz.

Each new customer, who never ordered from our translation agency during the 18 years of our existence, has the opportunity to test the quality of our services by way of a test translation of up to 500 words. We trust that you will become yet another satisfied customer of ours.


18. 6. 2008   During June 8th – 11th 2008, we have attended the largest conference in the area of translations and localizations – The Localization World in Berlin. We have gained an awful lot of inspiration from it, an inspiration we wish to use for the benefit of our customers.

5. 6. 2008   Our language school offers discounts of up to 20% for individual and company language classes if ordered by June 30th. Do not hesitate to take full advantage of these discounts and reserve a selected lecturer who will best meet your expectations.


1. 6. 2008   The month of June was selected as the month of the Slovak language. All language combinations Czech – Slovak are offered at a discount of 5% for the entire month of June.

We carefully monitor and record this information. Monitoring customer satisfaction is an important tool for rating the quality of the job we do


12. 4. 2008   Effective from March 27th, our quality control system meets not only the requirements of ISO 9001 but also European norms EN 15038 for translation agencies. This places us at the top among European agencies.
