Translators

The basic building block of every translation agency is its database of translators, proofreaders and interpreters. Our agency has been building and developing its own database for 16 years. Today, we have over 1,100 verified language service experts. Thanks to this, we are capable of fulfilling the demanding requirements placed on us by our clients for providing translations in the most varied languages and fields.

For our agency staff, the first task is to continuously search for translators who have expertise in a certain specialization, to verify their technical and language proficiency, their reliability, trustworthiness and speed. This work is demanding and time-consuming, and our agency depends on their success in fulfilling this task. When selecting translators, their technical knowledge in specific fields is just as important as their language proficiency and often plays the decisive role. The selection process in this regard is just as strict as upon selecting a regular staff employee.

Internal employees

In terms of work right here within the agency itself, we also select only high-quality employees. Project managers form the backbone of our team. They communicate with both clients and translators, and perform all other necessary tasks. By employing an independent approach to each client, we strive to provide language services that exceed the norm. The same project manager is responsible for each query or job order from the same client. This person knows the client’s needs and knows which translators and proofreaders should work on the given project. The project manager usually knows their workload and speed, so he or she may prepare a price calculation and a time table in a qualified manner. Then it is merely a matter of working out the finer details with the client, such as the document’s purpose and point of destination, requirements for graphic design or what proofreading is to be performed after translation.

Afterwards, the project manager selects those translators and proofreaders capable of handling the given problematic, and recommend the client the most effective solution (ex. also if it is necessary to perform computer-aided translation, or if a less expensive solution is to be employed).
