Interpreting | Basic information
We offer consecutive, simultaneous and court certified interpreting
We will gladly advise you what type of interpreting would be most suitable for the intended event and also what technical equipment would be needed for these purposes.
Consecutive interpreting
This type of interpreting is usually used during business meetings, visiting manufacturing plants, at tourist events, at small presentations and training courses and similar types of events. The speaker always leaves time for the interpreter to translate and only continues speaking afterwards. This type of interpreting is carried out either without technical equipment (if there is good audibility and a small number of participants), or with amplification technology and a microphone (if there is poor audibility or a larger number of participants).
Simultaneous interpreting
Simultaneous interpreting is used at conferences, training courses, presentations and similar events. The speaker does not wait for the translation of the interpreter, but continues speaking, so the interpreting takes place at the same time as his speaking. This type of interpreting is usually carried out using conference (interpreting) technology, in particular cabins for interpreters and headphones for all participants.
Court certified interpreting
For some languages we are also able to arrange interpreting by interpreters registered by therelevant court. Such interpreting takes place when an action needs to be evidenced for a relevant authority, e.g. court proceedings, weddings or at a notary public.
